Grubbs Infiniti Customer Appreciation Day 2012

Infiniti Vehicles at the Track

How do you say “Thank You” to your customers? You strap a helmet on their heads and let them hit the gas! Nothing says, “thank you” like the gift of speed, so this past weekend, we celebrated our annual Grubbs Infiniti Customer Appreciation Event by taking our valued customers, friends and family to the MotorSport Ranch in Cressen, Texas. Driving on a professional race track is a unique experience and one that we love to share with our Grubbs Infiniti family. So, we lined them up: the G37 Coupe, the M37, an FX37 and more. And, as everybody took turns behind the wheel, we spent some time catching up about family, kids, work and the things that really matter in our lives. As the Owner/General Manager of Grubbs Infiniti, I especially enjoy these events because it gives me the opportunity to get real face time with our customers and their families. I learn important things about our community and ways that my team can get involved. And, that’s what the Grubbs Infiniti Customer Appreciation Day is really all about; letting you know just how much we appreciate you and your family. It’s more than just a day of fun where we treat you to lunch and some excitement on the track. It’s about listening to you and finding ways to truly give back and help our neighbors. So, when I hear that your school’s band is working to get new uniforms, we want to help. When I hear that your church is providing hope and help to families who are struggling to make ends meet, we want to help.

Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

At Grubbs Infiniti, we want to provide a VIP experience when you’re ready for a new vehicle. Our staff makes a living by offering you quality vehicles, exceptional value and customer service that makes me proud of them every single day. But more importantly, we’re making a life here in North Texas by encouraging each other to donate our time and resources to helping charities, schools, churches and other organizations that make this a better place to live.

In my book, that’s REAL customer appreciation and I hope you’ll understand just how sincere I am when I say, “Thank You” to each and every one of you.
