Infiniti QX80 named most loved luxury SUV in Customer Love Index

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Infiniti has announced that the QX80 leads the luxury SUV segment in the Customer Love Index (CLI), based on Strategic Vision’s quantitative 2015 New Vehicle Experience Study (NVES) of over 44,000 new vehicle owners. The CLI identifies the vehicles that are doing the best job creating love with owners and thus, outperforming the competition in a particular segment.

Findings of the overall Customer Love Index, indicate that buyers under 40 in particular were more passionate and felt more enthusiasm towards their vehicles. Younger Infiniti QX80 buyers reported that they felt secure in their vehicle because of the innovative safety features and overall quality of the product, leading to more love for their vehicle.
